HomeRun5K Vendor Booth
There is $35.00 donation/ booth that is due prior to the event.
For business handing out samples it will be a $25.00 donation/booth. Samples include anything consumable or coupons for later use by the runners.
Set Up/Clean Up:
All booths need to be set up by 7:30am on the event day. There will be staff out at the park by 6:30am. Electricity may not be available, there will be 2 generators at the event but will likely be used for the start clock and the sound system.
As for booth clean up, we ask that you have your space cleaned by 11am. The soccer association has delayed their games until then, so we want to be sure to have everything out of their way by 11am.
Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. There are no areas that will not have access to the participants.
Door Prize Procedure:
Registration and drawing for door prizes that are handled from your company booth can be announced at the event. We will be available to announce winner’s names until the end of the event. You can take the names to the emcee’s booth.
We cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of any equipment or property.
